Contract/Temporary Office Services Clerk (1260)

Job Description:

  • Prepares conference or meeting rooms with beverage/food service as requested.
  • Cleans and stocks all kitchens with supplies and refreshments.
  • Cleans conference and lounge areas after meetings.
  • Orders items for all kitchens; works with Firm vendors to ensure correct deliveries; stores items in proper location.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses a minimum of two years of work experience in a facilities or housekeeping role.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of Firm personnel, as well as individuals outside the Firm.
  • This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day.  The employee must frequently lift or move items over 25 pounds. 
  • Availability to work overtime as needed by the Firm.
