Marketing Coordinator (914)

Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of integrated marketing programs that support the overall goals of the organization and our global members. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage a diverse range of traditional and digital marketing, event management, media relations, member communications and administrative tasks, while also having the desire to learn quickly and take on increasing ownership of projects. This person must have strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills, as well as, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative communications environment and be passionate about developing corporate brands and B2B marketing. 


  • Serve as an integral part of the marketing team, working closely with team members and helping to develop and implement strategic recommendations and initiatives.
  • Develop creative ideas and concepts for new campaigns and initiatives to support the organization’s communications and business objectives.
  • Manage and implement corporate member events: planning, budgeting, venue management, logistics, invitation/promotion, speaker/sponsor management and onsite.
  • Build relationships with key/marketing contacts from member firms; manage member profiles, and provide support to new and existing members.
  • Actively contribute to content creation: conceptualize, write, and edit content for newsletters, e-campaigns, blogs, ads, media, website and member communications.
  • Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
  • Provide support to public relations efforts (build and maintain media lists, write media pitches and press releases and monitor and capture news clippings).
  • Develop metrics and measure the effectiveness of traditional and digital communications and website, provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend weekly marketing meetings; maintain project status and reports; ensure that all deadlines and needs are met.
  • Keep up with industry trends and participate in brainstorming and development meetings.
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) 
  • Eager to learn, grow and contribute in fast paced environment



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing
  • Strong project management and event management skills; ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must have ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • 3+ years of law firm or public accounting experience is required.
